Hi! My name is Danilo, an Italian photographer based in Heidelberg, Germany.

After I graduated in Fine Arts in Milan in 2004,

I immediately flew to New York to attend a course in Photography and Filmmaking at the New York Film Academy.

​

New York surprised and amazed me with its Broadway Musicals,

its streets full of emerging artists and its endless personalities;

it is here where my passion for photography began.

 

From a passion to a profession; today I love to photograph people,

their work, the sparkles of their lives, their emotions and I'm up to travel

worldwide to capture their stories.

​

I'm specialized in portrait and storytelling photography,

with a passion for (extra)ordinary family moments.

 

In love with art and interior design, and always looking for new ways

to express myself, in 2020 I created together with my husband, 

homeinheidelberg, an Instagram account where I could show my passion for Design, Lifestyle and Interior Photography.

 

This led me to work with different renowned brands such as Ikea Deutschland, Rugvista, Westwing Deutschland, Bloomon, Ebay Deutschland, Rituals, Connox and many others.

Last but not least, I've been traveling to India every year since 2009 to practice yoga & meditation, to get a deeper knowledge of myself.
